🔎How to make a tracked call

MAKING A CALL

When designing the bot, our goal was to minimize disruption to how KOLs make calls and posts on their channel, while still ensuring we could effectively track them.

There are some very basic things to note about making calls if you are wanting them tracked:

A call will only be tracked if it includes a contract address or chart link in the post. Simply posting a Telegram group link will not trigger tracking.

We decided not to track prelaunch calls to prevent the system from being gamed with easy achievements based on hyped launches. To have your call tracked, you need to post about it once it’s live, including the contract address or chart link. From there, the system will track the progress of that call.

Whenever a post with a contract address or chart link is made in a tracked KOL’s group, the bot will attempt to track it as a new call, unless it’s already in our database. Since our database is only a week old, KOLs should avoid adding charts or contract addresses to their posts if they don’t want old calls from before our tracking started to be mistakenly tracked. Over time, as our database grows, this will no longer be an issue, and new posts will update already tracked calls.

If you're not yet tracked and want your calls monitored, refer to the commands section for how to get started!

RISK OF BEING UNTRACKED/REMOVED FROM THE NETWORK

While our system is built to reward profitable calls with exposure, we are fully aware of the potential for manipulation, particularly from newly established channels posting a large number of calls, hoping to land a few successful ones. Although this issue is more common with newer channels trying to join the network, there are also well-established channels that focus more on the quantity of calls rather than their quality, which does not align with SpyDefi’s vision of prioritizing quality over quantity.

In summary, channels may be untracked or removed from the network for:

Channels may be untracked or removed from the network for:

  • Posting an excessive number of calls daily

  • Low-quality calls, such as posting contract addresses with no context

  • Consistently promoting scams

  • Deliberately exploiting the system for unfair advantage

While we aim to let the algorithm and achievement system drive performance, we also believe that manual oversight is necessary to maintain quality control.
